I've been using Real-Debrid and Alldebrid for years due to their unlimited bandwidth but recently share hosting sites had been quick to put a stop to all those websites that are leeching their premium bandwidth.
I'll try to give a review on all the top 3 websites that I use. I'll break it down into 3 categories that I found most important for a multi hosting site to have.

Uptime
When I refer to uptime, I do not mean server uptime (since most of them are up 99.9% of the time) but the actual uptime for the share hosting website support.
Real-Debrid
Real-Debrid Refer Link : Real-Debrid used to be the number one multihost service provider in the internet as it provides great reliability and service to end user, but in recent test shown on my webpage, it fell to the last place on uptime standing as coughs out a number of error downloads. Out of the 13 tests, 4 returned as error.

Alldebrid
Alldebrid Refer Link : Alldebrid is showing that they have 96 hosters on their site which is a number that I can't see it be beaten by any multi hosters. Alldebrid seems to improved by miles as it's generated 1 error out of the 13 tests. Amazing score since it was really bad when I previously used it but I think the hard work at Alldebrid shows in this test.

Premiumize.me
Premiumize Refer Link : Premiumize.me gives me of a more premium service since it offers only 25 file hosters. Of the 13 tests, 2 of the sites are not supported by Premiumize and out of the remaining 11 tests, none score an "Error" which is very respectable. It does shows how good they keep their site status up to date.

Speed (March 2013**)
I'm using a 100Mbps (Bits) Fibre optic link at my home or 12.5MBps (Byte). Please note that all results are stated in KB/s and the total speed score is the summation of all results in the test.
Real-Debrid
Real-Debird Refer Link : Real-Debrid overall score is 29165.1KB/s, used to be the speed king it had been grounded from grace.
Score: 4/10
Alldebrid
Alldebrid Refer Link : Alldebrid overall score is 45508.1KB/s, I think Alldebrid deserves a recommendation by hosting the most file hoster and maintain a respectable speed.

Premiumize.me
Premiumize Refer Link : Premiumize.me overall score is 75784.2KB/s, what more can I say? You pay for less file host but you get crazy speed out of their website.

Additional Functionalities
Real-Debrid
Real-Debird Refer Link : Real-Debrid have Hulu plus stream and those sites that requires you to be on US IP address. Mind you this is not a VPN setup but you will just need to copy and paste the link from Hulu into Real-Debrid and they stream the video to you. Apart from that, they have torrent to file host service at your dispense (5 torrents a time) with eventually you could upload to 3 file hosters. It includes copy and paste into a textbox to generate the links (useful if you are using a NAS box to download your files).

Alldebrid
Alldebrid Refer Link : Alldebrid have only torrent to file host service to you (1 torrent a time) then it can be uploaded to uptobox. It includes copy and paste into a textbox to generate the links (useful if you are using a NAS box to download your files).

- Right click in pages, on a link, in a selection or a text zone to unrestrain all links.
- I brings you to their webpage and you have to click on their generated link (extra step).

Premiumize.me
Premiumize Refer Link : Premiumize.me offers the best overall package. It gets you Usenet! Yes! you heard it (20 Connections around 2000KB/s). It gives you proxy to surf the net so you could watch Hulu, listen to Pandora and access those webpages that you can't due to restriction in your country automatically if you use their browser plugin. Currently there are 8 countries supported and I do hope to see an Asian country to be on that list.
They had just added link generator and now I easily download multiple links file onto my NAS or download manager without opening all the links. They also have torrent download service which you can add up to any amount of torrents but you are limited by their fair use policy.
They offer 7 Days limited free trial and it gets converted to 7 normal days after you signed up effectively 37 days on the first sign up.
Chrome Plugin:
-Automatically switch to the desired proxy (Netflix - USA, AnimaxTV - UK, BBK - UK, etc)
-Seamless download, click on filehoster link and it download immediately.
-Does not have highlight all links and generate.

Conclusion
Getting a multihost account gives you additional functionalities and best of all gives you a peace of mind when you are downloading. I love the additional features on Premiumize especially usenet and proxy service. I save cost on owning VPN and Usenet on their standard package which amounts for $20 a month or $240 per year. I would love to see all the other multihost services step up and provide services like Premiumize.
